More strange weather phenomenas with clouds. This time rainbow electro-charged clouds appear right before China’s devastating earthquake. Although the timing is interesting, this event cannot be directly tied as an “early warning” for the massive earthquake.
There seems to be quite a few strange cloud situations over Asia recently.
